Windsor Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a knife-point robbery suspect.

On Friday, officers were called to a convenience store in the 1400 block of Ouellette Avenue for a report of a robbery around 9:15 p.m.

Police arrived and found that the suspect had already fled on foot. She was last seen heading north on the west side of Oullette.

The suspect entered the store, brandished a knife at an employee and took some cash, according to police.

The victim was injured while fleeing from the suspect.

The suspect is described as a female between the ages of 25 and 39, approximately five feet, seven inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He had a medium build and auburn / auburn hair tied in a low ponytail. He wore a thick gray headband or head wrap, a gray T-shirt over a white long-sleeved shirt, dark pants, white Adidas shoes with black stripes, sunglasses, and a white mask. She also had a brown bag.
