One person dead after head-on collision in Langley

One person is dead after a head-on collision in Langley Friday afternoon.

Langley RCMP said a driver in a 1932 Ford roadster collided with a Dodge Caravan at about 4 pm on Grade Crescent in Langley.

The driver of the roadster was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Early investigation suggests the roadster suddenly swerved and collided with the caravan. RCMP say the driver may have suffered a medical event.

The driver of the Caravan was reported to be in shock but was not seriously injured. The road was closed for several hours during the investigation.
