Nuevo León holds a Job Fair where more than 4,000 vacancies were offered

Monterrey, NL. In order to reactivate the economy, the three levels of government organized a Job Fair, which was held on the ground floor of the Municipal Palace of Monterrey, where 4,000 vacancies were offered, with the participation of 103 companies.

“I think Nuevo León and Monterrey are strong, without a doubt, because there is a lot of work, it gives their people a need for self-satisfaction, for production, for a dignified life.”

“That all Nuevo Leon can work with dignity, freedom and responsibility. In order for there to be better paid jobs, we need more companies, and provoke an entire ecosystem that manages to generate the environment that is lived today in Nuevo León, an environment of tranquility, a work environment, of labor peace, where we are all part of the solution ” , emphasized the governor, Samuel Garcia Sepúlveda.

In turn, the mayor of Monterrey, Luis Donaldo Colosio Riojas, indicated that the Job Fair is a meeting point where the three levels of government, the private sector and civil society “tell them that we are here to get ahead, they have been hard times, but there is also plenty of talent and willingness to take advantage of the opportunities that we find here ”.

“Together we have to embark on the path to move from crisis to recovery. We all want our economy not only to recover, but to be strengthened, with a purpose, to open opportunities to match the field, well-paid jobs, with benefits, that give families the possibility not only of a decent life but of a authentic social mobility ”, emphasized Colosio Riojas.

Among the companies that offered vacancies were: Seven Eleven, Abastecedora de Carnes San Gabriel, Sanborns, Liverpool, Amazon, AutoZone, Camino Real Hotels, Car One, Hospital Christus Muguerza, Cinemex, Comercial Treviño, Coparmex Nuevo León, Coppel, The New World Monterrey.
