Financial aid is coming for those affected by the November windstorm and rain. Dozens of families from Antigonish to Cape Breton were displaced from their homes after parts of the province received more than 200mm of rain in a 24-hour period. The province estimates that disaster relief will cost about $ 11 million. Alicia Draus reports.
