North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has personally ordered the testing of a “new type” of intercontinental ballistic missile, state news agency KCNA reported.
“The test launch of a new type of intercontinental ballistic missile Hwasongpho-17 of the strategic forces of the DPRK (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, official name of North Korea) was carried out on March 24 (…) under the direct supervision of Kim Jong Un,” the agency said.
