New Brunswick to Provide COVID-19 Update Monday – New Brunswick | The Canadian News

New Brunswick Prime Minister Blaine Higgs, Health Minister Dorothy Shephard and Dr. Jennifer Russell, chief medical officer for health, will provide an update on COVID-19 on Monday.

The update is scheduled to begin at 3pm AT and will be streamed live on this page.

New Brunswick reported 112 new COVID-19 cases and 96 recoveries the previous day.

While the numbers are high, the pace of infections appears to be slowing since the beginning of the week.

Public health on Sunday reported the active number of cases at 1,019, an increase of just 16 people from Saturday, with 14 people in intensive care and another 25 in hospital.
