New Brunswick Prime Minister Blaine Higgs outlined several COVID-19 measures for the province on Monday, including starting the holidays early for children in kindergarten through sixth grade, while all sporting events in schools will be suspended. Beginning Friday at 11:59 p.m., the entertainment centers will also operate at 50 percent capacity with physical distance, he said.
