The democratic memory law has serious problems. The right is against, we can assure that an amendment, agreed with the PSOE, will allow to circumvent the amnesty law of 1977, and ERC and Bildu do not want to vote because they do not believe what Podemos says. And Félix Bolaños, firefighter minister, affirms that the amendment allows to believe that the crimes of the Franco regime can be judged, but that the Amnesty Law is not annulled because the Constitution and the Penal Code outweigh the future of democratic memory that is not a organic Law.
