National Electoral Committee of the SNTISSSTE guarantees transparent process to the two contending lists

On May 26, the election of the secretary general of the National Union of ISSSTE Workersfor the period 2022-2026, so the National Election Committee reported that a transparent process is guaranteed and in compliance with the labor reform for the two contending payrolls.

In this way the green, represented by Hilario Ramirez and the blue sheet, headed by Norma Liliana Rodriguez Arguellesthey are certain that the electoral process will be carried out in a balanced manner.

This was reported by said Committee, given that the candidate on the green ticket denounced that there was inequity in the process, when the candidate Ramírez Chávez himself is aware that the National Electoral Committee was approved unanimously by the delegates at the 2nd Extraordinary National Congress and has met in a timely manner; besides that the members of the Electoral Committee were proposed by Hilario Ramírez Chávez and he gave the respective protest.

In this sense, he denies the vice president of the National Union of ISSSTE Workers (SNTISSSTE) and candidate of the green list for the elections to point out that “there is inequity in the electoral contest because the National Electoral Committee has made decisions that, in order to benefit the candidate of the blue list, leaves us in a state of defenselessness and has made of the electoral process a real swineherd”.

A wide participation of all ISSSTE workers is expected, under new rules and with the fulfillment of the secret and direct free vote, which guarantees a transparent process, detailed the National Election Committeewhich was formally installed on April 12 in the presence of its members, a notary public and a representative of the Federation of Unions of State Service Workers (FSTSE) who in turn was a representative of the Federal Court of Conciliation and Arbitration.

This Committee has met in a timely manner until May 14 of this year, this being the deadline for presenting objections.
