The Municipal President, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, reiterated that efforts continue to be redoubled by the three government orders in terms of security, with the aim of combating criminal acts that are recorded on this border.
The mayor pointed out that if Juárez did not have the support of the other police corporations and the National Guard, the city would experience a much more complicated situation, since their work inhibits the crimes that could arise.
“There is strong organized crime that hurts our community and we have to fight together, it is not correct or healthy that in such unfortunate events one wants to blame only the Federation, that is petty, it is to profit from a very serious social problem that we have, and the worst thing the government can do is throw the ball, that problem belongs to the three levels of government and we have to enter all three, “said the Municipal President, commenting on the unfortunate events that have occurred in recent days.
He stressed that the joint work has allowed the seizure of weapons, drugs and the arrest of people, so the coordination of the different corporations will be permanent.
The mayor said that the Municipal Government will soon receive this year’s investment, which will be significant, since it will be around 300 million pesos and will allow reinforcing security in Juárez.
