The suspect is around 20 years old and speaks French with a North African accent, Montreal police said.

The robberies took place in late December and early January.

The suspect entered the premises either through a drive-thru window at night, or through the main door during business hours by posing as an employee. He grabbed the cash drawers, sometimes ripping them out, and left on foot. He made no threats and did not resort to violence toward those present.

During the robberies, the individual wore a dark coat with a Canada Goose logo, and black Air Force 1 Jordan shoes with a metallic rectangle on the laces. He used three different backpacks to commit the robberies, twice carrying a black shoulder bag with a white skull.

Anyone with information that could help investigators is asked to contact 911 or their neighborhood police station. People can also file a report anonymously and confidentially with Info-Crime Montreal at 514-393-1133 or online at infocrimemontreal.ca.
