The agglomeration of Montreal decreed, on Wednesday, a preventive boil water advisory in the borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro, due to work caused by a water main break on a main pipe under Pierrefonds Boulevard.
The sector of the borough that is affected by this preventive boil water advisory is located on boulevard de Pierrefonds, between boulevard Saint-Charles and rue de Nanterre as well as between rue Guillaume and rue Émile-Nelligan.
Area residents are encouraged to boil water for one minute before consuming it.
Workers are on site to repair the pipe. During the work, a drop in water pressure and interruptions are expected.
