Michelin-starred chefs cook in shops to fight hunger

Andrea Tumbarello, Ramon Freixa, Diego Guerrero, Carles Gaig and Maca de Castro are among the 22 chefs participating in the eighth edition of the charity event Soul Food Nights, which will take place in different stores in Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca next Monday, November 22.

On the same day and at the same time, but with different menus, the chefs will be in charge of cooking in places in those three cities in an initiative that was born in 2013 and is promoted by Action Against Hunger (to whom the collection will be destined). Soul Food Nights is an event that “unites fashion, gastronomy and solidarity in which more than twenty renowned chefs create and present a special menu in unique spaces to fight hunger“, their promoters have explained in the presentation.
