Manitoba Prime Minister, Doctors to Address Surgical Backlog – Winnipeg | The Canadian News

Manitoba Prime Minister Heather Stefanson will make an announcement Friday morning from Selkirk about the province’s plan to deal with surgical delays.

Stefanson will be joined at 10 am by Health Minister Audrey Gordon, Dr. David Matear from the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority and Dr. Anthony Herd from the Selkirk Regional Health Center.

The announcement, which will discuss an investment in clinical and preventive services, will be streamed live on this page.
