George Orle of the Manitoba CP leadership committee on Saturday addressed concerns about voting irregularities that had arisen during the campaign, saying the party replaced more than 1,000 ballots that it confirmed had not been received. He said that about 17,000 ballots were received out of 25,000 potentials, and while there were complications getting the vote, the campaign was “far from inept.”
