Manhattan Court of Appeals confirms condensa of “El Chapo”

A United States Court of Appeals confirmed this March the condition of Mexican drug trafficker Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.

The Court of Appeals of the Second Circuit of the United States in Manhattan has argued that “El Chapo” planted to look for a revocation, including the poor conduct of the jury and the conditions that experimented in the prison.

Guzmán Loera agreed in February 2019 to travel miles and millions of dollars in drugs and conspire to be assigned to anyone, such as the leader of the Sinaloa map.
