Man shot in drive-by shooting in Toronto’s Roncesvalles neighborhood – Toronto | The Canadian News

A man was rushed to hospital after being shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting in Toronto’s Roncesvalles neighborhood late Friday night, Toronto police said.

Emergency crews were called to the scene at Dundas Street West and Roncesvalles to receive reports of gunfire around 11:45 p.m.

Officers arrived at the scene and found a man suffering multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital in a life-threatening condition, police said.

Investigators said witnesses reported that a white van fled the scene and that the shots were coming from its surroundings.

There is no description of the suspect at this time.
