Premier League: Liverpool v Tottenham Hotspur

It’s an unusually late start to Saturday night at Anfield, where Liverpool will hope to increase the pressure on Manchester City in the title race with a win over Spurs. A win for Jurgen Klopp’s side would see them take a two-point lead at the top of the table ahead of City’s game against Newcastle United tomorrow.

Currently in fifth place, two points behind Arsenal with four games to play, Tottenham’s victory would send them into the Champions League places overnight, with their north London rivals scheduled to play the Leeds United, threatened by relegation, at the Emirates tomorrow afternoon.

The stakes are high for both teams at Anfield, where kick-off is at 19.45. Stay tuned in the meantime for news and team preparation.
