In the “female performer of the year” category, Roxane Bruneau, Coeur de Pirate, Ariane Moffatt and Guylaine Tanguay will compete with Klô Pelgag. Among men, in addition to Fouki, Cormier and Vallières, Pierre Lapointe and Damien Robitaille are nominated in this category. Some 54 Félix trophies will be awarded at three galas. The “grand gala” on Sunday, the 43rd, will be hosted for a 16th consecutive year by Louis-José Houde, live from Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier at Place des arts. This gala will be presented on ICI Télé on Sunday, November 7, from 8 p.m.
A second gala, again hosted this year by Pierre Lapointe, will be pre-recorded on MTelus and broadcast the previous Wednesday at 8 p.m. on Télé-Québec, then rebroadcast on Sunday at 6 p.m., just before the grand gala. Claudine Prévost will also host the “industry gala” for the 16th time, broadcast on the ADISQ website on Monday, November 1 at 4 pm.
