Kingston Police Seek Help Locating Missing Woman

Kingston Police are seeking the public’s help in locating 29-year-old Kayla Howlett.

Howlett was last seen on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021, in downtown Kingston. His current whereabouts are unknown, but he may be in the Kingston or Ottawa areas.

She is described as 5’1 ”, 110 pounds, with a slim build and short curly brown hair. Howlett was last seen wearing black leggings, a burgundy red patterned skirt, a gray hoodie, red Converse sneakers, and a large round backpack.
