The shock rocker maintains that the Game of Thrones star’s allegations are false and, in legal documents filed in July, argued that the alleged events occurred outside of the statute of limitations.

However, Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha of the US District Court of California denied Manson’s request and wrote at his court address: “A reasonable jury could find that the effects of the alleged unconscionable acts of Warner, including the perceived threat to the plaintiff’s safety, immigration status and career persisted years after his last contact with Warner. “

Manson now has 14 days to file a formal response to each of Bianco’s claims in the lawsuit.

A representative for the musician, whose real name is Brian Warner, has not yet responded to the judge’s ruling.

Bianco’s rape allegations include allegations that Manson tied her up, spanked her, electrocuted her and cut her with a knife.

Following accusations from Bianco, his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood and others, Manson lost his contract with the record label, his manager and two television roles this year.
