Member of a family of lawyers and men of letters, Trías Sagnier returned to the forefront of today as leaker and witness in the case of the Bárcenas paperswhich implicated the former treasurer of the Popular Party Luis Bárcenas and other high officials in the existence of a double accounting of the party, with payment of bonuses.
