Jonathan Ward of the Arizona Cardinals and Kylin Hill of the Green Bay Packers were taken off the field after a third-quarter kickoff collision during Thursday night’s game in Glendale, Arizona.

Ward was being evaluated for a neck injury and a concussion. The Cardinals said he had “movement in all his limbs.”

The Packers ruled Hill for the remainder of the contest due to a knee injury.

Hill returned the kickoff 13 yards to the Green Bay 9-yard line, where Ward hit him hard at the tackle. Both players were sprawled out on the grass and received assistance with 6:19 left in the quarter.
