US President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that his vice president, Kamala Harris, will again be his running mate if he decides to get re-elected in 2024.
“She’s going to be my running mate,” he told a news conference about Harris.
Harris, the first woman and person of color elected Vice President US, has seen his approval ratings drop since he was appointed.
“He’s doing a good job” in accessing the voice for minorities, he also assured Biden, despite the blockade in Congress of its bill on this subject.
Some strategists believe that the president will increase his chances of being re-elected if he chooses someone else for an eventual new race for the White House.
