Jalisco builders denounce under-exercise in federal agencies

Guadalajara, Jal. In the same situation is Mexican oil (Pemex) with 98 million pesos of sub-exercise, the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development with 15.4 million assigned without exercising, the Secretary of National Defense with 23.2 million under-exercise and the Secretary of Public Education with 5.2 million pesos.

In relation to the agencies that have exercised a budget, although not in its entirety, the president of CMIC detailed that among them is the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT) that had assigned 767 million pesos and has exercised 656; that is to say, an advance of 85% of this year’s budget.

For its part, the public investment program of the government of the state of Jalisco for this 2021 had programmed 7,207 million pesos and until November 93% of the budgeted resource had been used.

“This represents a contracting or committed budget of 6,919 million pesos,” said the president of CMIC.

Of the state agencies, those that have exercised the largest budget are the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Public Works (SIOP), with 6,112 million pesos contracted; the Institute of Educational Physical Infrastructure, with 602 million and the State Water Commission with 153 million pesos.
