“As we know, he is in prison, without there being a competent judge to date who wants to take his case, and whoever linked him (to trial), now it turns out that he no longer knows what to do.”

“You have repeatedly mentioned that in your government there is no place for abuses and excesses of power. Given the above, there is no doubt that Jaime Rodríguez is a political prisoner of the Nuevo León government.”

“Mr. President, I express my concern not only for the situation my family is experiencing, but for all the families of Nuevo León.
