He mentioned that after the resolution of the TFCyA, an extraordinary plenary session will be held to read, discuss and approve the call for the XVIII Ordinary National Congress and to proceed with the installation of the National Election Committeewhich is autonomous from the CEN and is made up of elected colleagues from among the Delegates of the Second Extraordinary National Congress; It will be up to them to sanction the process to elect the CEN and the 48 Sectional Executive Committees.

He stressed the importance of maintaining Ordinary National Congress to swear in the new leadership, render the report of the outgoing National Executive Committee, modify the Statute and the Regulation of the National Aid Commissionas well as setting the work agenda so that negotiations are carried out with the corresponding instances to modify the General Working Conditions and the Regulations that derive from them.
