Police are investigating a Saturday morning incident in a far south neighborhood.

EPS responded to reports of an injured man in the area of ​​61st Avenue and 106th Street, after 6 am

Nearby residents were asked to remain in their homes while officers treated the victim.

He was treated by EMS and transported to the hospital.

The EPS tactical section attended a home in the area in connection with the investigation, according to a press release.
