Innovation for the new era of education

The eighth International Congress of Educational Innovation (CIIE) of Tecnológico de Monterrey addresses the following topics: Educational Trends, Technologies for Education, Management of Educational Innovation, Academic Innovation in Health, Lifelong Learning and EdTech Entrepreneurship.

According to the website https://ciie.itesm.mx/ the CIIE is consolidated as one of the most important events in educational innovation in the Spanish-speaking world.

The keynote speakers include: Paul LeBlanc (President of Southern New Hampshire University), Juan Pablo Murra (Rector of Professional and Postgraduate Studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey), Jeffrey J. Selingo (Author of New York Times Bestsellers), George Siemens (Professor and Executive Director Learning Innovation and Networked, Knowledge Research Lab, The University of Texas at Arlington), Alexander Leicht (Head of the Education for Sustainable Development Section of UNESCO), among others.

Professors, researchers, managers, entrepreneurs, consultants and members of companies, civil society organizations and the government participate in the congress. To date, it has the participation of more than 22,000 face-to-face participants from more than 20 countries and more than 400,000 online participants.
