Ikea has opened a shop on Girona to place orders ‘online’ and plans to open 10 more in Catalonia in the next six years. The opening of this establishment, located on Joan Maragall street, is part of the strategy of the Swedish multinational to get closer to the center of cities with smaller stores (beyond the large surfaces in commercial areas of the periphery).
