Yes, all workers have the right to a few days of vacation per year, regardless of the contract they have. Depending on the agreement and the category, they may have more or less, but everyone is entitled to a minimum of 30 days per calendar year. In the event that the employee’s contract lasts less than one year, he would receive the proportional part, at the rate of 2.5 days per month worked.

In the event that, due to production circumstances, the worker has not been able to enjoy their vacation days generated before the contract expires, the company is obliged to pay them as days worked.
