Over time, the Gassiers have been able to vinify their old vines by extracting all the sap, right down to the last juice. The human touch is evident here, but also leaves room for grape varieties rooted in their plots by concentrating the fruity, with radiance, freshness, texture and a skilfully woody finish. © (5)
