Anaya admitted last year that he was out of the country, so in the last trial he had in November 2021, Federal Judge Marco Antonio Fuerte Tapia ordered him to attend this Monday in person, or else he would be the Attorney General. ‘s office the Republic (FGR) orders) to seek the means he deems appropriate to guarantee his presence in the courtroom.
