Faced with Oleksandr Usyk, Anthony Joshua says he wants to seek the KO

It is a big event which takes place this Saturday in the Tottenham stadium in London. Britain’s Anthony Joshua, WBA-IBF-WBO heavyweight champion, faces Ukrainian Oleksander Usyk.

A tough, undefeated opponent who had dominated the light-heavyweight category, became unified champion in 2018.

The Briton has already set the tone, saying he wants “go get the knockout“.

People are there to see knockouts, and I want to live up to it. We want to make a clean and precise fight, hit the opponent, hurt him“added the world champion.

The only title missing from Anthony Joshua, the WBC belt currently held by Tyson Fury. Her compatriot and rival puts her back on the line in October against Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas.

The boxing world dreams of a duel between the two Britons … but Joshua will first have to get rid of his Ukrainian opponent.
