The European Central Bank held this Thursday interest rates at an all-time low and promised flexibility when it ends its stimulus plan buying bondsto face the ukrainian war and to the increase in inflation.
“Within the mandate of the government counciland under stress conditions, flexibility will remain an element of the monetary politics provided that threats to the transmission of monetary policy jeopardize the achievement of price stability,” the ECB said in a statement.
