Currently, it is 12 C at the Edmonton Blatchford weather station with 13 km/h winds coming from the northwest.

It sounds like we’re going to get a bit wet today. There are showers in the daytime forecast with periods of rain tonight.

We could see up to 20 mm during the day and another 15 to 25 mm overnight. Wind likes up to 50 km/h will begin this evening and continue into tomorrow morning.

The rain is supposed to taper off Friday morning and then it looks to clear up for the weekend.

The question remains, will the fields be open for the last soccer game of the season?
