She shared a cryptic post on social media that references “truth” and “love.”
Bauer is suing the woman and her lawyer for defamation, it was revealed late Monday.
The woman — known only as Ms. Hill — posted a famous quote from Mahatma Gandhi: “When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murders and for a time they may seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall, ALWAYS.”
The Dodgers hurler is suing the San Diego woman for “knowingly” making “false statements,” about the MLB star to the media. He is also suing her lawyer for her, several media outlets, and one reporter.
For his part, Bauer — who remains suspended by MLB — said in his lawsuit that his accuser “fabricated allegations of sexual assault.”

Los Angeles prosecutors declined to file criminal charges against Bauer, pointing to the scanty evidence that would make a conviction difficult, if not impossible.
Hill emerged last summer with a photo allegedly revealing the injuries she suffered during rough sex with the former Cy Young winner. She claimed she was choked out, punched and forced anal sex.
Bauer has always claimed the sexual encounters were consensual and provided text messages from Hill to prove his point. A Los Angeles judge seemed to agree when she denied an order of protection against Bauer.
His administrative leave is slated to expire on April 29.
