Manitoba Provincial Public Health Director Dr. Brent Roussin said Friday that the new capacity restrictions will take effect Saturday in the southern health region due to an increase in COVID-19 cases. The capacity limits for religious services in the region will be lowered to 25 people, unless the facility can divide its physical space to house multiple cohorts of 25 people.
