Concanaco urges to modernize the legal and regulatory framework in tourism


The president of the Confederation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism (concanaco), Héctor Tejada Shaar, demanded the updating of the general tourism law and the homologation of state regulations so that the activity is more accessible to the entire population; which will allow you to give certainty in full economic recovery.

Within the framework of the Inauguration of the Tourist Tianguis 2022 that takes place in acapulcoGuerrero, the business leader urged the modernization of the legal and regulatory framework in tourism to generate conditions for uniform growth throughout the national territory.

“The updating of the general tourism law and the homologation of state regulations, under criteria of social welfare, greater protection of the environment, competitiveness and comprehensive development, is a primary task that will allow greater certainty to the sector,” he said.

Tejada Shaar referred that a new legal framework will help to enhance the promotion of investment and have adequate parameters that help the balanced and fair coexistence of all work models.
