Complete Autopsies for Nova Scotia Family of Six Killed in Fire: RCMP – Halifax | The Canadian News

The Nova Scotia Mounted Police say autopsies are complete for the family of six who died in a trailer fire in Millvale, NS, over the weekend.

The Mounties said in a news release today that the provincial fire marshal’s office is continuing to investigate the cause of the fire.

They say the evidence gathered so far indicates that the fire was not suspicious.

Authorities responded to a call about the fire Sunday night and found the family of six from Amherst, NS, dead in a Passport Ultra Lite trailer.

The victims are Robert Jorge Sears, 30, his partner, Michelle Robertson, 28, and their four children, Madison, 11, Robert Ryder, 8, Jaxson, 4, and Colin J., 3.
