Apple’s third-party repair shop program now includes Mac

On Monday, according to Reuters, Apple announced that it would expand its repair program to include specific parts and training for independent repair shops to repair Mac computers in the United States. While the program was officially launched last year, so far it only included iPhone repair. The expansion means that users no longer have to go to official Apple stores to repair Macs and MacBooks, but will now have access to third-party repair stores."At the end of the day, we have a free market to repair the devices that we own or do not own," Proctor said in a statement.
