Facebook’s ‘classic’ look will disappear in September in favor of a new design
Facebook's new look has been in the works for more than a year and will soon be the only way to use the social network.
As seen by Engadget, a note on a Facebook support page suggests that the old design, or classic Facebook, will disappear in September. The support page details how users can return to classic Facebook from the new design. Facebook made its new default look in May, but gave users the ability to opt out.
Also, the button on Facebook to switch between the designs confirms that Classic Facebook will disappear in September.To change the layout, users can click a button in the upper right corner; looks like a gray circle with a down arrow.
