Toronto FC forward Pablo Piatti used the COVID-19 lock down to step up his recovery.And now, the club’s newest Designated Player will be ready to play when the Reds’ kick off the MLS is Back tournament on July 10 against D.C. United at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Fla.“I’ve been able to work on my strength and different things and now I’m on a very good level and ready to play,” Piatti said during a conference call on Tuesday, with TFC communications coordinator Alejandra Rueda translating from Spanish to English. “So I’m looking forward to going to Orlando.
