A man was sent to the hospital after his car went off the road and hit a fence on Stewart St. Tuesday night.
Emergency crews were called to the scene north of London St. just before 9 p.m.
The man was the only occupant of the car.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation by Peterborough Police.
It is unclear if charges will be filed.
