Kier Bryan Granado is wanted in Calgary for a December 2015 murder.

Police say they have reason to believe he is with, or close to, Tommy Ngo, who is wanted in Toronto for a September 2015 killing.

“We believe that they are both in the GTA and they’re directly associated to each other,” Calgary Homicide Staff-Sgt. Martin Schiavetta said Thursday. “We believe they are both being supported by the same criminal organization, and they’re residing in the GTA.”

The pair are Number 3 and Number 5 on a new national list of most-wanted suspects.

A reward of $100,000 is being offered for information leading to Granado’s arrest.

And anyone with information leading to Ngo’s arrest could claim $50,000.

Ton Quoc-Hoang Ngo, aka Tommy Ngo, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder for the fatal stabbing of Russell Sahadeo, 23, in a park in Toronto's west end on Sept. 6, 2015.

“We are confident that someone in the Toronto area knows the location of Granado and Ngo and obviously we need their information to locate them and arrest them,” Schiavetta said.

The BOLO program — short for ‘Be on the Lookout’ — compiled the list with help from police across the country.

The number one suspect on the list — Abilaziz Mohamed — was arrested just hours after the unprecedented list was unveiled.

Granado was charged with murder in 2019 but has been a fugitive ever since.

At one point in Calgary Police’s investigation it was believed he might have fled Canada.

He is also wanted by Interpol.

Recent information has investigators in Calgary focusing on the GTA and Granado’s ties to a criminal organization.

“The people the BOLO program are amplifying are obviously dangerous to public safety,” Schiavetta alleged. “And the exposure that we are getting through the BOLO program is certainly generating tips to Crime Stoppers.”

Investigators said the victim — Hussein Merhi, 26 — was killed in a targeted attack.

Granado is allegedly associated with a gang called the “Fresh off the Boat Killers” or “FK” gang and is believed to be living under a false identity.

Ngo is wanted in connection to the deadly Sept. 6, 2015 stabbing of 23-year-old Russell Sahadeo.

One suspect in that case turned himself in and pleaded guilty to a manslaughter.
