The Barcelona’s town hall will limit as of March 21 the distribution of merchandise to the Superilla de Sant Antoniwhere the loading and unloading of 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The operation will have to validate with the SPRO applicationa new pilot test to make compatible for all the use of public space.
The new regulation is intended to reduce the number of vehicles in the moments of more presence of people in the street, to improve coexistence and security and make uses more flexible to optimize public space.
This time change will apply to Comte Borrell street between Floridablanca and Manso and also to Tamarit street from Comte d’Urgell to Viladomat.

Vehicle parking in that specific area will not be allowed outside the authorized hours, but there will be Area DUM squares (Urban Goods Distribution) in the Superilla area (Viladomat, Floridablanca, Comte d’Urgell and Manso streets) with the regular hours of city for loading and unloading, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m..
Thus, the distribution of goods with bikesload cycles or foot will be allowed to any time.
