Aragonès has affirmed that “each eviction is painful” and has spoken of the new protocol as a tool that will allow “to act long before” the judicial order of expulsion of citizens from their homes is executed. “If the social services can act before, we will save many cases and we will be able to apply housing alternatives or mediation”, he has described.
