Prime Minister Doug Ford’s approval rating is up two percent from three months ago, according to a poll released Wednesday.
Maru’s public opinion poll He said Ford has a 42 percent approval rating.
That figure is still below its all-time high in June 2020, when its approval rating hit 62 percent.

When he was first elected in June 2018, Ford’s approval rating was 40 percent, the polling company said.
Ford’s worst rating was in September 2019 at 26 percent, but it recovered at the start of the pandemic.
This quarter of Maru’s public opinion poll was from a poll conducted between August 26 and September 8 of 5,278 randomly selected Canadian adults who are online panelists for Maru Voice Canada. The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus 1.4 percent, 19 out of 20. Surveys are published regularly, every three months.
