Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer for Health Dr. Deena Hinshaw said COVID-19 screening protocols are changing for residents and employees of long-term care facilities. One of the changes will include detection and masking for residents who are in close contact with a case or who have left the facility for more than 24 hours.
