Aeromexico begins AIFA route to Puerto Vallarta


Aeroméxico began this Sunday its new Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA)-Puerto Vallarta route, which adds to the operations it has from the new terminal to Villahermosa and Mérida. The flight will have four weekly operations, which will be added to the 42 it has from the Mexico City International Airport (AICM).

“Operation will allow travelers from the Metropolitan Area of ​​the Valley of Mexico to have one more option to come to Puerto Vallarta during the summer and enjoy the great benefits of the destination, its varied cuisine, its more than 50 outdoor activities, among many more experiences,” said the director of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Promotion Trust, Luis Villaseñor. In this way, Aeroméxico will have more routes from the AIFA in the national market (Volaris and VivaAerobus continue with two each).

For his part, Aeroméxico’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Giancarlo Mulinelli, stated that Puerto Vallarta has become a key destination in recent years.
